The start of another year, I would say more postive than 2009 which was clearly going to be a year to forget before it had began. The stalling of the election did the country no favours.
Probably on the same level as 2010, uncertainty - government still in cut back mode, will the coalition hold out with the Lib Dems wanting to show they are in power rather than merely in office.
Weak economic recovery as the country still suffers the hang over of having handed the banks all the borrowed money.
Globally the US and China will be interesting, US needing to learn that they are no longer the remaining super power.
