An interesting economics lab book that comes from experiments run by HP to better understand their consumer business operations.
Each chapter describes an business area, and the distilled experiment that was run to try and understand peoples behaviour.
An interesting read, the results of the experiments always have an aspect of the counter intuitive and the book tries to explain the reasons behind the results.
